This topic describes what you can do if you see error code 5.4.1 in a non-delivery report (also known as an NDR, bounce message, delivery status notification, or DSN). Why did I get this bounce message?The email server that's generating the error doesn't accept email from the sender's domain (for example, @fabrikam.com). This error is generally caused by email server or DNS misconfiguration.
