Trong bài viết này chúng ta sẽ đề cập đến việc xử lý lỗi ‘Domain Already Exists‘ [tên miền đã tồn tại] khi mà bạn muốn tạo mới 1 tên miền hosting trên Direct Admin. Lỗi này xuất hiện nhằm thông báo rằng các thông tin về tên miền này đã tồn tại trên hệ thống dịch vụ mà Direct Admin quản lý nên không thể khởi tạo thêm tránh trường hợp trùng thông tin tên miền hosting.
Sẽ có 2 tình huống dẫn đến vấn đề này mà ta cần kiểm tra:
1. Thông tin tên miền đã được tạo và quản lý dưới quyền một account khác
– Để kiểm tra phần này thì ta cần đăng nhập dưới quyền user Administrator.
– Sau đó vào phần ‘Show all users‘ trong Admin Panel của user Admin, nếu bạn có nhiều user Admin như reseller thì bạn cần check hết tất cả các account này.
– Ở phần cột ‘Domains‘ thì bạn xem có thông tin tên miền mà bạn bị dính lỗi ‘Domain Already Exists‘ hay không nhé ?
– Nếu đã có rồi thì hãy xem xét kiểm tra tài khoản quản lý tên miền đó. Còn nếu kiểm tra hết rồi vẫn không có thì sang phần thứ 2.
2. Thông tin tên miền còn lưu trong dịch vụ Named DNS
– Direct Admin sẽ kiểm tra xem tên miền đã được đăng ký trên hệ thống hay chưa bằng cách kiểm tra nội dung CSDL về tên miền trong file cấu hình ‘named.conf‘ của dịch vụ DNS Named hoạt động cùng trên hệ thống.
– Đường dẫn sẽ thường là:
+ RedHat: /etc/named.conf
+ FreeBSD: /etc/namedb/named.conf
Lưu ý :
– Nhớ sao lưu cấu hình và CSDL các tên miền của dịch vụ Named DNS nếu không muốn mất các thông tin liên quan đến tên miền trên hệ thống.
– Lúc này lỗi phát sinh do trên hệ thống Direct Admin, đã từng tạo tài khoản tên miền đó rồi nhưng vì lý do nào đấy khi xoá tài khoản hay tên miền hosting đó đi mà hệ thống không xoá thông tin tên miền dưới cấu hình DNS dẫn đến bỏ sót thông tin cũ. Làm cho tiến trình kiểm tra tên miền có tồn tại của DA ra kết quả sai lệch.
– Vậy bây giờ bạn chỉ cần xoá thông tin tên miền đó trong file cấu hình ‘named.conf‘ và database tên miền liên quan là được.
# vi /etc/named.conf

[xoá thông tin tên miền đi]# rm -f /var/named/demo.cuongquach.com.db
– Khởi động lại 2 dịch vụ DNS Named và Direct Admin.
# /etc/init.d/directadmin restart # /etc/init.d/named restart
– Rồi bạn khởi tạo lại thông tin hosting tên miền này lần nữa là thành công không gặp lỗi.
Như vậy là bạn đã fix xong lỗi này của Direct Admin rồi.
