Check out this tier list for some of the popular characters of the Marvel Universe I've come up with. [Would appreciate feedback on the accuracy of this, Took a lot of work and research]
Let it be advised that characters are not in any particular order from strongest to weakest with in each category. Yes Doom can and would destroy the Juggernaut which is why they are both in different categories. And Yes Scarlet Witch would vanquish Ms. Marvel, but it would be a good fight, which is why they are both within the same category. No character within a category should be able to legitimately defeat a character in a category that is greater. [BTW Thanks for the feedback on my last post.]

The first few Tiers aren't bad, but then everything else gets a bit jumbled up into a heap of no meaning...
To but in a deeper perspective, here are some of the errors I noticed.
- Beyonder should be moved up to The First Tier, although he may not be on par with One-Above All, he does come relatively close.
- Master Order and Lord Chaos should be moved up to the 3rd Tier. Along with possibly a well-fed Galactus.
- Doctor Strange - who I know his supremely powerful - still needs to be moved down to the Lower Cosmic Tier.
- Silver Surfer is easily an equal to Thor, if not, he surpasses the God of Thunder.
- Apocalypse, Black Bolt and Scarlet Witch are also both in dire need to be at Thor's level.
- Terrax, Jean Grey and Hyperion need to be moved up. [along with many more that I'm too tired to write].
- Black Panther shouldn't be in Spider-Man's Tier. [many others are either too low or too high].
- Moon Knight and Daredevil deserve to be placed in the next Tier.
I suppose those are simply the main mistakes. The others are debatable at best, very few of your Tiers consist of the logical reasoning that a thread like this needs. This lacks accuracy and consistently, but it's a solid start...
