This combined guidance is known as the DoD Information Security Program."

Does NOT alter existing authorities and responsibilities of the Director of National Intelligence [DNI] or of the heads of elements of the Intelligence Community pursuant to policies issued by the DNI. Consistent with Reference [b], SCI shall be safeguarded in accordance with the policies and procedures issued by the DNI, as implemented by DoD 5105.21-M-1 and other applicable guidance.
