This option has the advantage of being highly scalable and efficient, but does not provide a true Windows 10 experience OR Run Windows 10 Enterprise OS on a dedicated virtual machine This option has the advantage of providing a full Windows 10 experience, optimized for the cloud, but only in a 1:1 virtual machine to user ratio. It can be expensive and hard to scale. Windows Virtual Desktop brings the best of these two options together. With Windows Virtual Desktop, users benefit from a full Windows 10 experience deployed in a highly scalable Azure environment. The multi-session capability allows multiple users on the same virtual machine and helps keep costs down.
