No, you made nothing of the sort clear. Your post was specifically about this in THIS topic so it HAD to be about this otherwise it is off topic and your entire post would be irrelevant except the last part which provided incorrect and useless claims.
In this case the issue is LITERALLY that their GPU sucks. The OP's GPU sucks so bad, in fact, the issue is barely skirtable no matter what you do [I provided some potential solutions to barely improve his experience but his GPU is simply too weak tbh]. When even top of the line GPUs have issues due to this game's poor optimizaition and they are 3-4x more powerful than his, YES, there is a very real point where it simply wont cut it. Fact.
Don't brag about how well your GPU is running medium settings at 1080p [or lower]... That isn't a compelling argument. It sure as heck isn't "running great". Note you can find countless posts in these forums and in reviews for Dishonored 2 about its performance woes on even higher end setups. What a clown.
As for your benchmark/performance statement, wrong. First off the site you give isn't a good site for this type of analysis. It is just a rough but fairly inaccurate [to many variable/lack of context] comparison source. Check passmark and the difference is 27% but much more reliable source with exact context. Are they worthless? No, but they are exceedingly rough. Look at the individual games on the 1050's page and you will see it inflates those values in the page you gave it further reducing it. In addition, on the link you gave scroll down to the game section to see a consistent much larger than 15% performance difference. Anything at 15%, btw, is generally considered very significant in an iterative component upgrade of the same tier. Btw, most of those games with sub 15% are designed for casual laptop gamers to allow the masses to play and have very low spec requirements. The 1050 will get pretty comparable results to the 1050 Ti until you start increasing the settings [this is seen even when comparing mid tier to enthusiast tier GPUs] because you aren't pushing them hard enough at those settings to see the difference. This is basic knowledge so you clearly aren't even capable to be talking on this subject. Other benchmarks from other sites show far greater performance differences around 20-46% between the two in actual real game benchmarks. Doesn't help his GPU is more powerful than OP's and OP is having issues at the very lowest of settings... I mean his entire post, both of them are wrong and technically entirely off topic.
