  When trying to launch a PSM session, Internet Explorer provides the message “Java was blocked because it is out of date and needs to be updated”. When clicking on "Run this time", the session fails to connect and may display the message “A recording session for this request is currently in progress”. If, nothing is clicked you may see the error "Waiting for okToConnect to be defined", followed by "TypeError: Object doesn't support property or method 'okToConnect'.

• Causa

  Internet Explore blocks out of date ActiveX / Java.

• Resolução

  RESOLUTION 1 Upgrade to TPAM 2.5.916 or later. In TPAM version 2.5.916 and later clicking the Connect button on the Request screen prompts the browser to download the JNLP file, which is then launched using Java Web Start (javaws.exe), which mitigates browser issues. WORKAROUND 1 Upgrade to the latest version of the Java WORKAROUND 2 Turn off blocking of outdated ActiveX controls for Internet Explorer. More information can be found in Microsoft Blog "Internet Explorer begins blocking out-of-date ActiveX controls" available here Trong trường hợp khi khách hàng đăng nhập trình duyệt xuất hiện các thông báo: “Java (TM) was blocked because it is out of date and need to be updated” Khi đó anh/chị nhấn chọn Run this time.

  Hiển thị cửa sổ Warning – Security. Anh/chị tích chọn vào Always trust contents from the publisher. Nhấn Run để trình duyệt nhận được Java.
