Top Tips to Making the Most of Your CES 2023 ExperienceRegistering early will save you some money. Early bird CES Registration is $100 (September 12 - December 4, 2022) but if you wait till December 5, the registration fee jumps to $300 Before arriving in Las Vegas, identify your goals for the show. Create a plan for each day with a list of exhibitors and products you are interested in and all of the booths you want to visit. Put them in order of priority: Must Stop, Should Stop, Want To Stop (The CES 2023 App will make this task easy). Face-to-face time with most exhibitors may be limited, so plan ahead and have a list of questions ready when you enter their booth. CES is four gruelling and yet fun days of showcasing the latest in innovations, life-changing technology and product launches. This event is the world's largest and most influential tech event and there will be a lot to do and see. The days will be long with lots of networking opportunities. Get plenty of rest before arriving in Las Vegas. Do not arrive worn down. The recommended attire for CES 2023 is business or business casual attire. The key to an enjoyable CES is to dress comfortably with comfortable shoes. There is no need for a business suit but dress in clothing considered appropriate and respectful for a professional environment. Remember to grab a light jacket or sweater as you head to the show. Bring your most comfortable shoes - At CES 2023 you will be one of the 170,000 attendees criss-crossing the over 2.8 million net square feet of exhibit space at the Las Vegas Convention Center. You will easily find yourself doing at least 25,000 steps a day visiting booths. Wearing comfortable shoes, not new ones or heels is critical. Comfortable shoes will give you a chance to see most of what the show has to offer. There is something for everyone at CES. Many companies host social hours, after-parties, or other events that give them face-to-face time with prospective clients. Attend seminars, workshops, after parties and exchange business cards as you network, so that you can keep in touch after the show. All bags are subject to search at the entrance to all CES show venues. Attendees are only allowed to carry two small bags, each smaller than 12"x17"x6" into show venues. Clear bags (mesh, plastic, vinyl, etc.) is recommended to expedite entry. Rolling bags of any size are prohibited. Our recommendation: Save yourself the hassle and leave your bags at your hotel. Save yourself a lot of time and speed up your entrance to show venues by picking up your badge at the airport when you arrive, at a Monorail Station or at select hotels before arriving at the show.
