Môn Ngữ Văn được tổ chức thi theo hình thức tự luận trên giấyTheo Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo, cấu trúc định dạng đề thi theo định hướng đánh giá năng lực, phù hợp với Chương trình giáo dục phổ thông 2018 và được thể hiện thông qua đề minh họa, bảng năng lực - cấp độ tư duy kèm theo. Theo đó, người học sẽ được biết đề thi gồm mấy phần, có những dạng thức câu hỏi trắc nghiệm nào, những (thành phần) năng lực nào được đánh giá trong đề minh họa. Các câu hỏi trong đề minh họa cố gắng gắn với các bối cảnh có ý nghĩa (bối cảnh có tác dụng/có giá trị nhất định đến đời sống, thực tiễn, khoa học). Tại thời điểm này, Chương trình giáo dục phổ thông 2018 mới thực hiện đến lớp 11, do vậy các nội dung kiến thức được sử dụng trong các đề minh họa chủ yếu thuộc lớp 10 và 11. Theo phương án tổ chức Kỳ thi và xét công nhận tốt nghiệp THPT từ năm 2025 (Quyết định số 4068/QĐ-BGDĐT ngày 28/11/2023 của Bộ GD&ĐT), môn Ngữ Văn được tổ chức thi theo hình thức tự luận trên giấy. Năm học 2022 - 2023 là năm đầu tiên triển khai thực hiện Chương trình Giáo dục phổ thông 2018 đối với lớp 10. Thực hiện nhiệm vụ năm học 2023 - 2024, Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo (GDĐT) Hà Nội tổ chức chuyên đề phát triển năng lực học sinh trong dạy học Ngữ văn 10, 11 Chương trình giáo dục phổ thông 2018 cho các trường THPT trên địa bàn thành phố. Tại buổi Chuyên đề Thành phố môn Ngữ văn cấp THPT vừa diễn ra, PGS.TS Đỗ Ngọc Thống - Chủ biên Chương trình Giáo dục phổ thông môn Ngữ văn 2018 đã giải đáp những thắc mắc của giáo viên trong quá trình giảng dạy, lên lớp. Sau 1 năm dạy học theo chương trình mới, sách giáo khoa mới, cô Lê Thị Hồng Hạnh - giáo viên Ngữ văn Trường THPT Phan Huy Chú (Đống Đa, Hà Nội) nhận định, bên cạnh thuận lợi, giáo viên còn gặp những khó khăn và vướng mắc nhất là về đổi mới phương pháp dạy học và đổi mới kiểm tra đánh giá. "Trước khi triển khai chương trình mới, giáo viên đã được tập huấn rất kĩ lưỡng. Chúng tôi tổ chức các hoạt động để học sinh tự tìm hiểu, tự khám phá. Cách học này rất hay bởi khi gặp văn bản nào học sinh cũng có thể tự phân tích mà không cần hỏi ý kiến hay lệ thuộc vào thầy cô. Đây là điểm khác biệt với chương trình hiện hành" - cô Hạnh phân tích. Về khó khăn, theo cô Hạnh, vướng mắc nhất hiện nay với các thầy cô khi triển khai môn Ngữ văn bậc THPT theo Chương trình mới là việc kiểm tra, đánh giá. "Khi chưa có ma trận đề thi, kiểm tra, đánh giá, giáo viên giữa các trường đã liên kết với nhau, hỏi thăm nhau xem các trường thực hiện như thế nào để học hỏi. Chúng tôi luôn trong trạng thái "mò mẫm" để đi đúng hướng" - cô Hạnh chia sẻ. Ngoài ra, trong những năm qua, điểm số môn Ngữ văn học sinh của Hà Nội chưa thực sự cao so với các tỉnh thành khác. Trong khi đó, theo đánh giá của cô Hạnh, khả năng ngôn ngữ, diễn đạt của học sinh Hà Nội rất tốt do các em được sống trong môi trường năng động, hội nhập. "Giáo viên chúng ta còn quá khắt khe trong quá trình đánh giá học sinh" - cô Hạnh nói. Từ những khó khăn thực tế, cô Hạnh mong muốn, thời gian tới, Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo (GDĐT) sẽ sớm ban hành cấu trúc đề kiểm tra, đánh giá để giáo viên có thể yên tâm giảng dạy. Về phía giáo viên, quá trình kiểm tra, đánh giá cũng phải theo tinh thần bám vào yêu cầu cần đạt của chương trình để đánh giá năng lực người học. Chia sẻ tại buổi chuyên đề, PGS.TS Đỗ Ngọc Thống khẳng định, tinh thần đổi mới của chương trình giáo dục phổ thông 2018 là phát triển phẩm chất năng lực học sinh, chống lại việc học theo văn mẫu. Đối với môn Ngữ văn đó là năng lực đọc hiểu văn bản; tạo lập văn bản; cảm nhận, đánh giá tác phẩm... Người học Văn phải biết suy nghĩ và trình bày suy nghĩ của mình một cách độc lập, không a dua, không theo một mẫu nào cả. Trước những khó khăn mà giáo viên hiện nay gặp phải trong quá trình tiếp cận Chương trình mới, đặc biệt là việc kiểm tra, đánh giá, ông Thống cho rằng: "Chắc chắn Bộ GDĐT sẽ có đề minh hoạ. Trong thời gian đợi Bộ GDĐT, tôi sẽ giới thiệu với các thầy cô một số đề minh hoạ để giúp thầy cô khắc phục được những khó khăn mà mình gặp phải".
