I used to use the Skin1004 when I first started tretinoin because my face was constantly red. Now, I don’t have this issue anymore so I stopped using it. I thought that it was really effective in reducing the redness in my face, though. Show My routine with the ampoule is below. I’ve shortened/changed it up since then. AM PM I have only used the ampoule from the line. I have dehydrated, sensitive skin with rosacea. It was a solid product to use for light hydration, calming and healing when I was dealing with a bad bout of serborreic dermatitis on top of rosacea flares. Noticed faster healing of irritation and raw spots on my skin. Ingredients can be found here. I did take it out of my routine at the end of last year when my skin improved and I wanted to try some more products. However, I'm seriously contemplating bringing it back in with the skin irritation I'm having from medical masks. Hopefully this helps you. if you want brightening, go for brightening ampoule. if you want soothing, go for the 100% centella ampoule. the brightening ampoule although has centella, it doesn't really soothe. i have sensitive skin and always use soothing products. the centella brightening ampoule didn't soothe. but it's definitely brightening. tho i honestly prefer hada labo shirojyun premium whitening lotion cz it's both a very hydrating toner and effective brightening using tranexamic acid as well. and easier to use. cz i find tranexamic acid to work when i use it consistently in generous amount. so i get away this technique with the hada labo toner. but with the ampoule, it feels too much. i normally would have to use around 1 and 1/2 dropper of the ampoule to see visible results of the brightening. but using this after a hydrating toner, it feels too much. it's okay if i only use the ampoule as a toner tho. but i don't do that 😂 i still need my toner. I have very dry, acne prone skin and have recently incorporated differin into my routine. It’s made my already dry skin even more dry and irritated, so I’m looking for a serum/ampoule that’s hydrating and can help calm my skin down. Thanks! level 1 I would recommend the IM FROM mugwort Essence. The skin1004 centella ampoule is calming but not that hydrating. Great for more oily skintypes that is very sensitive but dry skin will fine it lackluster. The I’m from mugwort Essence is amazing and provides a lot of hydration as well as calms irritation and inflammation. Is skin1004 good Reddit?This is a really gentle and lightweight, watery ampoule and I cannot recommend it enough. Price point and packaging is absolutely beautiful as well. 11/10. Definitely recommend giving this a try if you have irritated skin!
